I completed the Emergency First Aid at Work course today with Carl. The course had a great deal of content which was delivered clearly & in lots of detail. Carl included scenarios which were based on his own experiences, which made the content easy to relate to. I have attended similar courses & they can be a bit boring at times. However this one was different. Carl is a very personable character, obviously very knowledgable, has great delivery & a good sense of humour. I learned so much. An excellent day!

I was very nervous coming into the training however Carl made it feel very welcoming and I was able to come out of my shell , the course was amazing and I learnt a lot more than I expected

This was an excellent training day. The content was relevant, realistic and conducted with appropriate humour to keep it interesting. I have attended first aid training in my previous occupation, this was much more interesting, informative and interactive.

Carl was absolutely excellent at explaining all the different categories. Everything was well prepared and well executed. The practicals were informative and super beneficial. There were a few curve balls that were of course unexpected, but these were great for preparing you for a real situation, much more like a lifelike scenario.
10/10 for Carl in general, informative, knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and overall, sound.
