Carl was absolutely excellent at explaining all the different categories. Everything was well prepared and well executed. The practicals were informative and super beneficial. There were a few curve balls that were of course unexpected, but these were great for preparing you for a real situation, much more like a lifelike scenario.10/10 for Carl in general, informative, knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and overall, sound.
